From where I sit

Looking out from the front porch to the stone path

to the herb garden I planted last fall ... and forward

I will miss you little house, I will miss you dear garden,
but I have been longing forever to find a place that feels like home,
in a community that makes me smile and my heart happy.

therefore

We are doing it. We are taking this stone path and leaving soon.
A few months still to organize and pack, but it is really happening.
A move that has been long in coming...

It's time to cut the strings and lift off
(I know your good wishes helped!)

so
more
as this
adventure
unfolds
...

Wow, there is something with the stars aligning...
big life changes going on for you, for me; we just went to a going away party for a friend last night who is putting most of her possessions into storage, traveling with her boyfriend to Hawaii for 3 months, then onto South and Central America, and elsewhere...they plan to roam about, work for NGO's.
Amazing.
Can't wait to find out where you are going- Paris? Italy?

wow Janis, this is some news! Someone else will sit on that front porch and enjoy and tend your herbs, while you enjoy your newly found home. Glad you're back online, and baci:)

Elisabelle - when the house sells, in two months maybe? Sooo many unknowns - kind of nerve wracking, but stimulating!

Jennifer - Oh I wish... not that adventurous - yet! We are moving to a community around 35 miles north though a million miles away :^) And yes, lots of changes in the air for many people it seems!

Francesca - Thank you! - and I really like that thought...just hope they don't re-landscape. Hard not to feel attached to those little plants :^)

So, best wishes for your move (I'm not sure about the words ;))... A great adventure !

You look like Gulliver in your garden... So I hope your adventure will be rich as his...

My best wishes for change time. Don´t take as a change, just enjoy it as something that is moving and taking a new path. Evolution.

I need some of this, but it is not in my hands, or it is and I am not brave enough to brake this somethings.

My best wishes.
