What's blooming

Abutilon hybridum (Flowering Maple)
on a vintage tin box

One flower, five varieties... no actually six, there is a white one
missing from the photograph. I guess this could be considered
another thing I collect because I can't get enough of it.
If I see these at the nursery I'm like a junkie and have to buy one... or two.
Is there a flower you can't get enough of?
Actually, put me in for roses, and sage varieties too!

What a nice photo Janis, fresh blooms on an old box! Will you join the flower's friday next week? I love peonies, and a conic type of hydrangea that I've seen in a photo last year and have not been able to forget (can't find it anywhere). But I keep discovering new flowers and falling in love with them!

Beautiful flowers. I need to look for these.

I'm a sucker for lavender. I'm always on the lookout for a new variety.

massively into peonies and ranunculus lately (and I don't seem to be the only one ;) but I also re-discovered the old underestimated carnation lately. pretty :)

yours are beautiful, though... can you keep them in pots or are they only proper garden flowers?

To me that would be roses. I love gardening and I love flowers in all their varieities but roses are special to me. Not the common park roses but the old-fashioned bushes. In Sweden they bloom in July and that's heaven. Happy weekend, Janis.

LOVE the orange one! So delicate. I can't get enough of ranunculus. Gosh, I love those little guys.
