Morning drama. By the time I went outside to take the last photo, the newborn goldfinch had flown away (hopefully to a safer place) . Rosie was fascinated long after...
OH Rosie looks like she wasn't going anywhere while this was taking place janis! Dont you love it ...life slowed down to the pace of a cat observing their world... The new look Janis is so amazing - like a new book .... all fresh for reading! caio bella, S x
i am always so scared fot the little blackbirds. they are a bit stupid and an easy catch for our cat... maybe in this huge garden it is a bit different.
hi janis - i'd popped in from time to time but this past wkend finally spent alot of time with your blog. such lovely things you do! and you have great taste in soap! jojoba and those syrian soaps from aleppo my faves!
and do you think if i showed my cats your header, they'd get the idea and find ways of occupying themselves that don't involve mommy? i'll let you know.....!
Bichos - no, he was not in the room. Though speaking of Milo, I'm a little worried about him... He's 14 years old and has liver problems. He's been looking tired the last few days...
Sorry to hear about Milo, but with the life he has and the "king treatment" he gets from you he has much more to live:) Rosie is his sister, right? Xo to all of you!
Oh. There is something about birds. And love, love those cat's ears. We've put up a nesting box in our garden but I am afraid we were too late. No one has moved in so far. Maybe next year.
