Losing my mind has suddenly become my preoccupation. I am a worrier and worriers need things to worry about. This weekend I thought I lost it. See the cloth person above? It disappeared overnight. Gone. I always lean my cloth people against my sewing machine while in progress and now it was nowhere to be seen. So what happened here... could it be... what strange place could I have put her while walking in some sort of zombie fog? I imagined all sorts of things, and I worked myself into a tizz. Eventually after running in circles around the house I finally found it hidden underneath the clothing rack in the hallway. I cannot tell you how thankful I was. It was not the beginnings of dementia, but the work of a playful cat.

PS I wonder if I ought to explain my own joke...hope it doesn't get lost in translation...:)
We have the same sewing machine!! Well, almost. Mine is probably an older model, it's about 45 years old, it used to be my mom's, and it doesn't have that wheel/dial thing I see on yours.
Glad you found your fabric person. You must make a play one just for Milo now:)
Is this little doll dressed now ?
;)
Oh, no! Those cats I tell you... Tricksters!
Ritva - nice...warm days in Finland. xo
Emma - yes, do that!
jgy - Oh, I think you might have to tell me about this Japanese joke!
Francesca - My mother gave me her machine too. It's from the mid (?) 1970's. She has a Viking now and kind of regrets giving me the Elna :^)
Olti - I have not finished this little cloth person, but I have finished others. Someday I'll post them!
I was going to say...before I even got to the end! Silly Milo!
That sneaky cat of yours!!!!
