This was a fun project. Last year when I was using fabric dyes I ended up struggling with the process, and because of that I decided to forget dyes for a while and start making block prints again - and hooray, I'm so glad I did! I forgot how much I enjoy doing this. Block printing rocks.
So from all the printing, cutting and sewing
I've been doing lately, here are the results!
The lavender used for the sachets is locally grown in Santa Cruz, California
at Bonny Doon Farm. The lavender pouch can be removed from the block
printed pocket and replaced. The pocket can be reused again and again.

realyrealy lovely!!!
These are wonderful Janis!
I'm a fan of lavender and love the fact that you can take the pouch out and replace it over and over. Love your designs and the simplicity of both colour and block print which echoes the feel of naturalness.
enjoy your weekend J
