Another secondhand treasure
When I saw this dress I knew I had to have it. I didn't really see it as something I'd wear, so much as an art piece. My mind instantly raced thinking of different ways of transforming it - maybe into a lamp with little white lights inside, or a wall piece, or... right now it's against the window shade catching the light and shadows and I think I'll leave it this way for a while. It's also kind of nice left just the way it is.

Oh, it's wonderful!! I think the idea of turning it into a lamp is great. I wonder if the prewious owner ever gave a thought for all these possibilities?

it reminds me an indian dress I used to hang on a bamboo rod as a wall decoration (giving it a little japanese touch)... yours is lovely !!
